Week in Review: 2017.17

It will be scan time again in just a few days, so in true end of the quarter fashion I have spent this past week living it up. From building a greenhouse to enjoying a few days in the Big Easy, I am confident that by the time I slip into that MRI tube I will be (somewhat) embracing the moment.

Let’s get right into my week’s highlights, which is enhanced by a few videos.

Greenhouse Installation

A lot of work, but very much worth it.

It soon became a seedling safe haven…

As long as the water is plentiful!

The spring sunsets (including the night of the greenhouse building) have been stunning, and I am thankful for the iPhone’s time lapse function, which perfectly captures the beauty…

New Orleans

This was my second visit to Nola and it was a total blast to enjoy it with my BFF Sara, who I met at the New York State Summer School of the Arts (for singing) back when we were barely teens.

Still recovering from all the laughter, sunshine, ghost stories, and booze. Here’s a glimpse…

When I returned home there was an evening thunder and lightning storm to welcome me back…

And spring clearly continued to blossom and bloom on while I was away…

PODCASTS

ALL ABOUT IT is on a break for 2 weeks, but over on Nourish + Flourish we enjoyed a special chat with Shannon Ledford of the Honor the Feminine podcast.
